There are two ways to track runner performance using StrideTrack: Direct Entry and Batch Entry.
The direct entry method conforms with what many run clubs use today. Here, runner laps are counted with punchcards, sticks, or a roster and then entered into the system.
The batch entry method is one of StrideTrack’s most valuable benefits. With batch entry, runner laps are captured by scanning system generated barcodes representing each runner. Sometime after each running event is complete, or when a set of same lap distance run events are complete, a user of StrideTrack take less than 3 minutes to log in to the system, create a run event, and load laps into the system.
After either entry method, StrideTrack immediately computes new runner totals, award eligibility, and school totals.
